At Diverge, we talk a lot about small towns and all of our developments can be found within small towns. This Divergence explains why small towns are so special and such wonderful places to call home.

Cannon Trail, our development in Lafayette and our first project, has sold all 30 paired homes. We’re thrilled at what a success it’s been. In the 34 months they’ve been sold, prices have gone up 23 percent, which is incredible considering that homes in the area have had a median increase of just over 4 percent during the same time. We’re very proud of the Townie Homes we’ve built so far and are excited to see through the construction and sale of nine single-family homes, completing our Cannon Trail project.
