Diverge Homes Completes Sale and Absorption of Initial 30 Cannon Trail Homes With a 23% Closing Price Increase Between First and Last Phase

Cannon Trail, our development in Lafayette and our first project, has sold all 30 paired homes. We’re thrilled at what a success it’s been. In the 34 months they’ve been sold, prices have gone up 23 percent, which is incredible considering that homes in the area have had a median increase of just over 4 percent during the same time. We’re very proud of the Townie Homes we’ve built so far and are excited to see through the construction and sale of nine single-family homes, completing our Cannon Trail project.
